Summary:

The aim of this document is to ensure the right to work of people with disabilities and to establish the orientation of a new legislative framework and public policy in the field of employment for people with disabilities. The document takes an executive and proactive approach, making a diagnosis of the results of public employment policies for people with disabilities and identifying the main problems or situations and regulations that could be improved, together with a set of conclusions and proposals for action in the regulatory and organisational sphere.
